Our oven baked pastas are prepared to order using the same fresh, local and organic ingredients we're known for. Choose from either spaghetti, elbow macaroni or whole grain wheat penne pastas. 
*Add an herbed breadstick for OR make it a combo with breadstick, side salad and a fountain drink.

Red Sauce: Made with the finest crushed blend of tomatoes with a zest of crushed chilies and herbs
White Sauce: Made with fresh heavy cream, garlic, parmesan and Romano cheeses
Pesto: Fresh basil blended with extra virgin olive oil, pine nuts, lemon and garlic

The POMAROY  

Formerly known as The LEGENDARY LONGBOARD, this is the monster of all calzones! Stuffed with meatballs, sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, black olives, red onions and ham. This masterpiece measures more than 16 inches long and weighs in at over 5 (five)pounds. Only three people in the Franzinni family have ever finished it: Antonio Franzinni in 1964 and the twins Frankie and Luciano in 1971. And now January 2010 a new man on top. Mr. Poma beat the the LEGENDARY LONGBOARD to rename it The Pomaroy. Do you have what it takes? Finish this bad boy by yourself in 30 minutes or less and we'll let you rename it!
